Hamilton Travel knows its origin to April 1992 when Norman Hamilton, a well-known T.V. and radio personality organised the first outgoing tour to Euro Disney and Paris under the new company's name.
At the start, in 1992 Hamilton Travel had organized about 6 tours and carried around 250 passengers abroad. Since then the company expanded steadily sending Maltese tourists to new destinations and experiences. During 2002 and 2003, 150 tours yearly were successfully organised and the annual figure of Maltese tourists travelling with Hamilton Travel grew to over 10,000. In the summer of 2003 Hamilton Travel carried over 2,000 persons on the MSC Rhapsody, cruising the Western Mediterranean and over 3000 persons on the MSC Melody in 2004. From 2005 onwards MSC have sent their bigger ships to Malta carrying between 3000 to 4000 passengers per week.
The most popular and successful tours have always been to Paris and Disneyland, to the UK, Costa Brava in Spain, Sicily and Italy. However, tours today range from ones to the West Coast or Orlando in America, including cruises in the Caribbean and Bahamas, to Bodrum and Antalya in Turkey, to Tunisia, to cruises in the Mediterranean Sea and to various places in Europe, including Scandinavia, Holland, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal apart from France, Italy and the UK.
Our offices are situated at the Valletta Waterfront, Floriana, a central place accessible to everyone.

Hamilton Travel, in essence, is a tour operator, organizing its own tours, constantly in search of best deals with airlines, cruise liners, hotels and coach companies. We, however, also cater for individual requirements to travel abroad and not necessarily for leisure purposes. Flights, accommodation, car hire, trains and concert and theatre tickets may all be booked through Hamilton Travel for the seasoned traveler.
Since 1996 Hamilton Travel have been the exclusive Malta General Sales Agents for one of the world’s top Cruise line Companies- MSC Cruises. Over 4,000 Maltese travel on cruises yearly out of Malta. Our Company also carries out shore excursions for foreign passengers on board the MSC Ships.
