- When requesting a quotation, submitting your data through our website and/or making a booking through us, we require certain personal data about you and the persons joining you, to be collected to further the process. Therefore, the personal data we collect may include but not be limited to; Name, Surname, Id Card No, Passport No, Address, email address, Passport details, telephone number, emergency contact number and any travel preferences, medical conditions, this is collected to facilitate the process of your booking and travel arrangements. - When making a booking with us, some of your data might be transferred to third parties as needed. Examples of this are airlines, hotels, transfer agents, insurance companies, event ticket agents, cruise liner operators, ground handling agents, destination management company ( if applicable).This needs to be done for them to be able to provide you with your travel arrangements.
