Itinerary
DAY 1: Afternoon flight & transfer to Hotel Ambiance 4*
You will be meeting your tour leader at 3.20pm at the Malta International Airport to check in to your KM Malta Airlines flight KM538 departing at 5.20pm. Upon your arrival at 7.50pm a private coach will transfer you to your 4* hotel in Prague – Hotel Ambiance.
Free time to explore this evening.
DAY 2: Prague City Tour!
After breakfast, you can join our experience tour leader for a half-day city tour of Prague (optional). The coach will pass by the Castle District and St. Vitus Cathedral from where you will then walk down passing by Kaftha’s House, the Church of the Infant Jesus and then crossing Charles Bridge to the centre of Prague where we will be visiting the Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square.
The coach will return you to the hotel after the excursion. Afternoon and evening free time for personal sightseeing and shopping from the centre of Prague where your hotel is situated.
Free time to explore more the city this evening! One could also opt for a river cruise around the River Vltava
DAY 3: Day trip to Český Krumlov
After breakfast, you can join an optional full day excursion to Český Krumlov, a UNESCO World Heritage Town.
You can also visit the historical centre of the town as well as the Castle Chambers (extra – to be paid at the ticket office).
Return to the hotel after the excursion.
Free time during the evening.
DAY 4: Day trip to Dresden, Germany
After breakfast, you can join another optional full day excursion to Dresden in Germany, a classic architecture of the re-constructed old town. Completed in 1743, destroyed and re-built anew after World War II. You may visit the baroque church together with the Zwinger Palace and Prague Street, which is a new shopping area in Dresden.
Return to the hotel after this excursion.
In the evening, you may choose to join your tour leader for a folklore night including a 4-course meal with unlimited drinks (soft drinks, juices, beer, wine).
DAY 5: Half-day Trip to Karlovy Vary & Return flight
After breakfast, you may wish to join an optional full-day excursion to Karlovy Vary, a unique town renowned for its volcanic water, bohemian crystal, Becherovka liqueur and Colonnade wafers. Karlovy Vary also known as Carlsbad is a spa town in the West Bohemia region of the Czech Republic.
Return to the hotel to pick up your luggage and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Malta on KM Malta Airlines (KM539) departing at 20:40 and expected to arrive in Malta at 23:15.
